How long does it take for my order to arrive?
If you order before 6pm, your order will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next working day.
Products shipped from Italy will take around 7-12 working days to arrive:

Products shipped from Belgium will take around 2-3 days to arrive:

- Sunglasses

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Please email us before returning your package on admin@antwerpavenue.com and we'll give you instructions. We can not accept returns that are sent without prior notice.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a tracking code once your order has left our fulfilment center.

Wrong address disclaim
Please ensure the shipping address you provide is complete and correct, including house or apartment numbers. Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our manufacturer, and changes cannot be made. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, so double-check before completing your purchase.

Can I use the laptop sleeves to protect my Acer/Sony/Dell/Lenovo/Asus/HP or do you only sell MacBook Sleeves?
Yes, we do offer sleeves for your Windows laptop. Laptop sizes are usually standardized. We offer sleeves for three different sizes:

Will my 15.6 inch laptop fit inside the 15 inch laptop sleeve?
Yes, 15 inch is the short indication for any laptop between 15.4 and 15.6 inch.
