Hi gorgeous,

We are happy to announce that shipping to Belgium, The Netherlands and some other European countries is free of charge for orders exceeding €50.

Normally it won't take more than three business days to receive your ordered goods (BE & NL).

All orders exceeding €50 are automatically tracked. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has left our distribution center. 

We offer some competitive shipping rates to our European and American customers as well. Below you can find the standard shipping rates for each country.

Can I track my order?

All orders are automatically tracked. You will receive your tracking number once your parcel has left our distribution center.

Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

The estimated delivery time for your order depends on which country you're ordering from and which delivery method you chose. If you have any queries about your order, feel free to contact our Customer Services (admin@antwerpavenue.com)

If you order something with a "pre-order" label, it means your parcel will be sent out once your product is available for shipping. Usually this means within two weeks. For more information, contact our Customer Services.

Please note: if your order contains pre-order items (and non-pre-order), it will probably be sent out together once all products are in stock.

Returns

We really hope you love every Antwerp Avenue item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you're welcome to do so within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can not cover the return costs, but we're happy to send you a new product for free (for the amount you've purchased before) or give you a refund.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.

Before you return your parcel, please send your order number, the product you'd like to return and what you'd like to receive in exchange to admin@antwerpavenue.com, where one of our customer service team members will help you further. In order to provide the smoothest possible service, please email admin@antwerpavenue.com with 'Returns' and your personal Order Number in the subject line, and your reason for return in the email body. (Feel free to do this in Dutch, of course!) We will respond with further information on the returns process.
