1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

• If you order before 6pm, your order will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next working day. 
• All of our products are shipped with tracked shipping, so they get priority with the courier
• Products shipped from Italy will take around 7-12 working days to arrive:

• Products shipped from Belgium will take around 2-3 days to arrive:
  • Power Planner

2. Can I return my order? 

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Please email us before returning your package on admin@antwerpavenue.com and we'll give you instructions. We can not accept returns that are sent without prior notice. 

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive a tracking code once your order has left our fulfillment center.
