Changed your mind? No stress, babe. 💕
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you want to return it. No reason needed.
How to return
- Send us an email at admin@antwerpavenue.com with your order number and the product(s) you want to return.
- We'll send you the return address and instructions.
- Send your package back within 14 days after letting us know.
Please don't send your package back without contacting us first, otherwise we can't link it to your order.
Conditions
Products need to be unused, in the same condition you received them and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Products that can't be returned
- Custom products made especially for you (for example a case with your name)
- eGift cards
Return shipping costs
The cost of sending your return back to us is on you. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, since we can't be responsible for packages that get lost on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know by email. We refund the price of the returned product(s), plus the original standard shipping costs if you return your full order, within 14 days to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong product?
Oh no! Send us an email with your order number and a photo within 14 days after delivery, and we'll send you a new one or refund you, free of charge.
Exchanges
Want a different design or model? Return your product as described above and simply place a new order.
Late or missing refund?
Check your bank account again first, then contact your bank or card company, since processing a refund can take a few days. Still nothing? Email us at admin@antwerpavenue.com and we'll look into it.
